Tour and Interview

Complete your initial enquiry form online and our Registrar will confirm your child is on our waitlist.

When a position becomes available a school tour and meet and greet between parents, student and our Director will be set up to learn about your child’s needs, abilities and support required.

Online Application

Our Registrar will provide you with a Clinician Form that must be filled out and signed by the child's current clinician. After completing this form, please submit your application along with the specified documents listed below, including any past and present diagnoses the child has received. Criteria Assessment

All medical paperwork is assessed, and a Trial Day is offered.
Trial Days are conducted for your child to ensure their comfort and adaptability to the class setting and to gain further insight into your child’s needs.

Letter of Offer

Upon completion of our assessment process, if your child meets the criteria for a placement at Pacific Hope, our Registrar will send you a Letter of Offer along with other relevant paperwork to finalise your child’s enrolment. Once you return your signed letter of offer along with your enrolment fee, we can discuss your child’s start date.
